NDA projects: our process and why we do not publish client orders

Production and installation under a non-disclosure agreement: how we approach confidential NDA projects and discuss selected work in personal meetings.

What does NDA mean at Konzept Services?

An NDA (non-disclosure agreement) is a confidentiality agreement. We always work under an NDA when delivering client orders through our production network. It provides the framework for handling confidential project information. The relevant agreement determines which information is covered and what may be shared or shown.

From brief to production and installation

Planning requires materials, quantities, dimensions, delivery locations and dates. Konzept Services coordinates suitable production partners, delivery and, if requested, local installation teams. For an NDA project, the agreed handling of this information is also part of the brief. Discuss confidential requirements with us before sending sensitive documents.

Why we do not publish end-client orders

We work with production facilities and do not publish our end clients’ orders. That is why our Stores & Events page has no public project-image gallery. Working with our network does not grant permission to publish. A completed production or installation order does not automatically become a public reference.

Explore projects in a personal meeting

In a personal meeting, we can show selected projects within the agreed confidentiality terms. This lets you explore suitable materials and implementations without publishing client orders. The applicable NDA also governs these presentations; a personal meeting does not remove confidentiality obligations.

Your next step: a confidential project enquiry

Start your enquiry with the project type, desired timeframe and any NDA matters that need discussion. Whether offset printing, catalogue printing, a POS rollout, exhibition or event, we discuss production and installation requirements together. This article explains our approach to confidentiality; the specifically agreed NDA terms remain decisive.
